Are Physician Partners required to hire additional staff?

The number of employees that your location requires will vary by location, volume of business, and the amount of time that the owner commits to his/her location. Due to Sleep Apnea Treatment Centers of America providing the marketing, sales, and operations additional staff may not be needed.

As a guide, however, the Corporate Office suggests the following:
– 1-3 Otolaryngologists
– 1 to -2 Medical Assistants per location, 1 MA for each ENT – Can be a current employee
– 1 Receptionist – Can be a current employee
– 1 Patient Coordinator- Hired and Paid by Corporate
